Refund Policy
At FlexCart, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to make the return process simple and worry-free.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund quickly to your original payment method.
We do not charge any fees for returns or cancellations within this 15-day period. However, items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons not related to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned product. You’ll be notified by email once your refund has been issued.
